  On 10/25/2012 at 3:42 I received a return call from (202) 905-5354. It was Capital Domestics and allegedly Allison. When I stated how important and urgent these unresolved customer complaints were Allison became flustered and stated she didn't have time to deal with this now. I did advise both Allison and the owner Janet that each interaction is publicly documented so everyone may see our efforts is gaining resolution and the type of care and customer service Janet, Allison and Capital Domestics offers. Allison repeated my direct office number to me and stated she would save it in her phone and that she would contact me if she needed assistance when she had time to address customer compliants.
